- 6-7 ripe peaches sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon optional
- 1/2 cup cold butter cubed
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches with granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix well and pour the peach mixture into the prepared baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon (if using). Add the cold butter cubes and mix with your fingers until the mixture forms small, pea-sized crumbs.
Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the peach filling.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
